Restaurant Group Training and Team Coaching

Peak Shift provides practical education and workplace coaching. Its live workplace-coaching class is the current scheduled class. Peak Shift can scope private restaurant team training in food safety and coaching; the free food-safety lesson is available to read anytime.

Choose the training your team needs

The live coaching class is listed below. Private food-safety, operations, and team training can be scoped by request; exam access and proctoring are separate.

Operations training helps frontline teams practice clear standards, shift routines, and consistent follow-through, with restaurant and hospitality examples as our initial specialty. Peak Shift confirms the training objective, participant count, format, date, and any site requirements before quoting the engagement. Private or customized group training is quote-based.

Live online training in clear expectations, useful feedback, and consistent follow-through.

Who is group training for?

  • Restaurant owners and managers preparing a whole team for consistent food-safety habits.
  • Leadership teams that need a shared approach to expectations, feedback, and follow-through.
  • Employers arranging instruction for several new or developing managers.

How to request a group date

Send the topic, number of participants, preferred dates, and proposed location. Peak Shift will confirm availability, delivery format, scope, and written terms. The request form does not take payment or reserve a date.

In-person group training is available across the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Mobile, Pensacola, and Slidell and New Orleans, Louisiana. Food-safety training and in-person exam proctoring are also available in Slidell and New Orleans, Louisiana. Nearby-area appointments are arranged with Quinn. Ask about virtual delivery where the class format permits it. ServSafe® exam proctoring is a separate in-person service.

Training and certification are different

A Peak Shift class is not the same as earning a ServSafe credential. An approved examination and any required proctoring are separate unless a written service agreement explicitly includes them.
