Peak Shift service coverage

Online Learning and Service Coverage

Free online education, virtual restaurant coaching, and on-site proctoring have different access and availability. Choose the support you need, then confirm the details.

Free online learning

The Peak Shift classroom brings together free food-safety education and free No Tax on Tips education. Read the learner guides, study the lessons, and use independent practice to check your understanding. Free preparation does not award a food handler card or manager certification; tax education is not a blanket exemption.

Online learning can be used wherever you have internet access. That educational reach does not establish approval for a certification program or an on-site exam service.

Virtual restaurant Workplace Coaching

Managers and restaurant teams can discuss clear expectations, communication, feedback, onboarding and the habits that connect learning to work. Virtual coaching is available by appointment; scope, timing and price are confirmed for the engagement.

Online inquiries can begin from Pensacola, Mobile and West Mobile, coastal Mississippi, New Orleans and the Northshore including Slidell, Hattiesburg, or the Jackson metro including Flowood, Madison and Pearl. These are online inquiry examples, not a list of guaranteed on-site visits.

On-site proctoring needs separate confirmation

Current Peak Shift service information covers the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Mobile, Alabama, Pensacola, Florida, and Slidell and New Orleans, Louisiana. The $140 ServSafe® Manager exam bundle includes the access code and in-person proctoring at your location. No teaching is included. Call Quinn before booking to confirm the exam program, candidate requirements, site, date, any travel arrangements and the confirmed total price.

A computer-based exam can still require an in-person proctor. Free online training does not book an exam or establish state-specific eligibility.

In-person food-safety training and exam proctoring are also available in Slidell and New Orleans, Louisiana. Surrounding-area appointments are arranged with Quinn. Confirm the exact site, exam requirements, availability and total before booking.

Propose the location and the need

For restaurant team training, coaching or an audit, tell Quinn the objective, proposed location, participant count, and possible dates. Peak Shift confirms format, availability, site needs, scope and price before agreeing to an engagement. An inquiry does not reserve a date or promise travel.
