Support from Jeremy "Quinn" Martin

A request is not confirmed until Peak Shift confirms it.

Peak Shift provides preparation and authorized proctoring support but does not independently award the ServSafe Manager credential.

Food-safety training and in-person exam proctoring are also available in Slidell and New Orleans, Louisiana. Ask Quinn to arrange nearby-area appointments and confirm the service, exam requirements and scheduling.

The credential is earned by passing the approved exam under the applicable program requirements. Preparation and proctoring are separate services unless a written quote explicitly combines them.

Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) refers to the credentialed manager, not simply someone who has attended food safety training. Food safety education builds knowledge; passing the certification exam is a separate step.

The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification program is accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) under Conference for Food Protection standards. This accreditation applies to the certification program, not to Peak Shift or the independent Peak Shift classroom. Confirm your local authority's certification requirements before booking.
